The New Deal is back for the 2010 Winter Series "Dinner on Dunham"

This month's New Deal is a warm and hearty four course Italian Feast that draws from The Bay of Naples to Tuscany. We're very excited to have Chef Suzanne Barr back at the helm and we've decided to open up the Rabbit Mafia HQ to you for Dinner on Dunham. Not only is there a breath-taking view of the best city in the world, there's plenty of room for dancing should the feeling strike.

As usual we'll be providing you with a complimentary specialty cocktail from 8-8:30 brought to you by 44 North Vodka and by our favorite mixologist Nucomme. This month we welcome Emily Spivack, founder of an organization that we think is genius and very close to hearts, Shop Well with You.

A few months ago, we brought the musical talents of Nucomme to our dinner, well we're doing it again. Nucomme is a woman of multiple talents and everything she does is done so well. This is a performance not to be missed.

Hand-made Wild Mushroom Ravioli with charred cippolini onions finished in a sage butter sauce.

Salsiccia di Agnello [Lamb Sausage]  with Kale and Cannellini Bean Soup from Tuscany.

Il Secondo-
Il Puttanesca tradizionale col tagliatelle [Traditional Puttanesca includes anchovies with Tagliatelle pasta] topped with meyer lemon gremolata.

Il Dolce-
Carmelized Anjou Pears with Sweet Potato Ice Cream topped with fresh whipped cream.
